This version of the terms reflects Italian + EU consumer-law provisions applicable to Nozze.io (Codice del Consumo, Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by the Omnibus Directive 2019/2161). Pending sign-off by Italian consumer-law counsel before public launch.

The service is provided by Nozze.io, based in Italy. For assistance, contractual communications and complaints: support@nozze.io.
Main characteristics of the service
Nozze.io is a digital service providing the couple with: a public wedding page, guest management and RSVP, email/WhatsApp invitation system, photo gallery integration, seating planner, allergy intake, and customisable content sections. Used via web browser; no software installation required. Compatible with the main up-to-date desktop and mobile browsers.
Total price
Published prices are inclusive of any applicable tax and charge (Stripe acts as Merchant of Record and includes VAT on the invoice). No hidden costs. Any discount code is shown before payment confirmation. The final summary (amount, frequency, term) is shown on Stripe Checkout before the charge and recapped in the confirmation email.
Payment and delivery
Payment is made via Stripe and accepts the main methods (credit/debit card, SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay / Google Pay where available). Service delivery starts immediately after payment, once we receive confirmation from Stripe. Contract confirmation is emailed within minutes.
Right of withdrawal — excluded under art. 59 lett. o CdC
The service is a digital service supplied on a non-physical medium and starts performance immediately. At checkout we collect two express declarations as separate, unticked checkboxes: (a) consent to begin performance immediately and (b) acknowledgment that, by giving consent (a), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to this contract under art. 59 lett. o of the Italian Consumer Code (information provided pursuant to art. 49 c. 1 lett. m CdC). The subscription cannot be completed without both declarations. They are recorded in our systems.
Term and renewal
Recurring plans run for the term shown on the plan (monthly, semi-annual or yearly) and renew automatically for an equal term unless cancelled. The "Lifetime" plan has no renewal: a single payment grants permanent access. We email a reminder 30 days before each yearly or semi-annual renewal; for monthly plans the reminder is bundled with the receipt for the period just paid.
Cancellation
You can cancel the renewal at any time from your wedding settings or from the Stripe portal. No penalty, no required call, no downloadable form. Service continues until the end of the period already paid; no further charges.
Conformity and warranties
Service is provided with the professional diligence required by law. In case of non-conformity, you are entitled to remediation and, where impossible, to termination with a proportionate refund (D.Lgs. 173/2021).
Complaints and ADR
Send complaints to support@nozze.io; we respond within 5 working days. Failing settlement, you may use the EU ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or your local Chamber of Conciliation. For consumer contracts the consumer's domicile court applies (art. 66-bis Italian Consumer Code).
